I have customer forms which could benefit from having more than one contact per customer / per form; I’ve devised a couple of workarounds to accomplish this, but they’re both pretty clumsy. Am I missing something? Is there a simple way to accomplish this?
Hi Lewis,
I’m not sure what you mean. You could add two Contact fields to your form if you like.
Thanks,
Brendan
Hi, one possible way to work around this is the following:
1) Create a Contacts form with only one field property “Contact” of type “Contact”
2) Add a record for each Contact of yours (from your Contacts app) that you might want to refer to
3) In your Customer form, for Field Properties of Customer, have it be type “Link to Form”, and link it to form Contact
There, now your form can link to multiple contacts.
But I agree it would be nice if we could link to multiple contacts more directly, too.
