Thank you for correcting my photo problem.
Just a few further questions for you.
Where is my data stored , who owns it and who else has access to it?
How can I set up and use my tap forms data base across three devices, 1 – iPad, 2 – iPad, 3 – Windows 10?
Can all three users read, edit and input at the same time?
Hi
to sync read the instructions in the FAQs of the support section, click the tab at the top of the forum main page to get to the support page. BUT, not on Windows 10!!!
You can only have one person entering or editing at a time untilmthe new info has synced. Everyone can read at the same time
Brendan is better able or answer your first point,
cheers,,,,,
Hi Mackle,
Your data is stored on the iOS devices in the app’s Documents folder in a file called TapForms_db.sqlite. There are other folders there that store photos, file attachments, drawings, and audio recordings.
On the Mac version, the TapForms_db.sqlite file is stored here:
~/Library/Containers/com.tapforms.mac/Data/Documents
And Tony is correct. Tap Forms does not work on Windows at all and you should do editing one person at a time. Tap Forms is designed as a single-user database app. If you need a workgroup database app that can run on Windows and is multi-user, I would recommend FileMaker Pro or FileMaker Pro Server.
Thanks!
Brendan
