Migrating ALL Files to Tap Forms Pro

I am following the steps in the video to begin moving files from Tap Forms 5 to Tap Forms Pro.
I select a file in Tap Forms 5 and indicated in video.

When I go to Tap Forms 5 in Menu bar – The selection for “Upgrade to Tap Forms Pro” is gray’ed out and is NOT available.

Hoping for assistance on proper steps to transfer ALL of my Tap Form 5 files to Tap Form Pro.

Hi James,

What version of macOS do you have? If it’s not 14 or newer, then that part won’t work.

But what you can do is use the Export Tap Forms Archive command, click the checkbox button at the top-right to select ALL forms, then click the Export button.

A .tfarc file will be created for you with all your forms in it. Then in Tap Forms Pro click on the Migrate Tap Forms 5 archive button to import it. Or you can double-click on the .tfarc file and Tap Forms Pro will import it for you.

The screen that displayed the Send to Tap Forms Pro button as in the video needed macOS 14 or newer to function.
