I seem to be getting the MAC beachball more often while adding data in the data list area. Was wondering what are the maximums form Tapforms. I currently have 5 custom forms, each having several thousand records and multiple photos with data links.
There’s no specific limit to the size of the database, but it may be dependent on how fast your Mac is and how much memory you have.
You could try improving the speed of the database by running the Compact Database function in the Maintenance screen of the Preferences window to see if that helps.
Also if you have very large photos that may drag it down because for every photo displayed, Tap Forms has to scale the photo to display it on the record details screen.
