Andrew CParticipantMy map view is recently showing only a handful of the records that have GPS data entered – for example on one search, only 4 of 56 show up.
Any ways to check what the issue might be? It was working a few weeks ago.

BrendanKeymasterHi Andrew,
Hmm… check to see if the coordinates are still set for all your records that should have them.
Then make sure that the Map View’s Arrange By field is set to your Location field.
Thanks,
Brendan

Andrew CParticipantHi Brendan,
The Map View’s Arrange By field is set to my Location field.
But when I check the Multi Column List View, I notice that although I initially entered GPS coordinates for each record, most of them seem to be displaying as some kind of text street address. Does this mean the GPS coordinates have been lost?

BrendanKeymasterI would have to investigate the internals of the database to know for sure. Tap Forms stores the coordinates inside a JSON string within the database along with the title. It also stores them in separate columns in the database for doing area queries. If you send me a backup of your document, I can look into it for you.

Andrew CParticipantOK – what is the best way of sharing a backup file with you, Brendan? It’s roughly 4GB.

BrendanKeymasterYou can email it to me. iCloud with MailDrop enabled in Apple Mail can email files up to 5 GB big.
