Kim MacMillanParticipantI am using Tap Forms Pro primarily as a membership list. Periodically I produce a pdf report listing all current members and contact information. Each person’s data requires two lines of text. The only way I have been able to do that is using the Labels format. I created a custom label size that matches one entry. This does a good job of printing the list but it does not contain a heading, such as, Shuswap Theatre Membership List as of September 3, 2025. It also does not allow pagination. Therefore I have to save it as a pdf and then use a different application each time to add the title. The screenshot attached shows the first few records in the present list.
I would love to have a way in Tap Forms to format a report that provided multiple records per page and had the heading already formatted in. I have combed through the documentation on the Printer Format but do not see a way to do this. Is there a way?
Thanks,

BrendanKeymasterHi Kim,
The new Reports menu will let you print a list of entries with a header at the top of each page that displays the field names. As for having two lines of text, you could create a Calculation field that generates the two lines of text and have Tap Forms Pro print those as just another field.
I do still need to update the manual with information about the new reporting engine. But it should be fairly straight forward how to use it. Just select the Report menu and create a new report. Choose the Table format for the layout option. Then on the Fields tab, choose which fields you want to print. Click the Generate Report button at the bottom and then change whatever parameters are available to customize the report.
Thanks,
Brendan
