    Hi All,
Just wanted to say thanks and what a great resource this app is.

I have a query I hope someone can help with:

I’m making a logbook to record ultrasound scans that I perform. Each scan has patient details/demographics, and scan duration (mins), and regions (eg arm, leg, neck).

I am wondering how I can create a form to total some of these variables, such as the total number of arm scans, leg scans etc. Also I would like to total the duration of scans, similar to the way pilot would log their total hours.

    Hope you can help.

    Cheers,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

If you set the Summary Calculation Type to Total on your Duration fields, then Tap Forms will display the totals at the bottom of the records list view. You can set it on multiple fields and then at the bottom of the records list view, Tap Forms will display a popup button which will let you see all of the totals in the list. You can tap on the one that you want to be the default.

Or if you switch the View Settings to the Multi-Column view, then you’ll get a spreadsheet like view which will have the totals listed at the bottom of each column for the fields you set the Summary Calculation option on.

    Thanks!

    Brendan
