HELP
I’m completely locked out of my Document that has 78 Forms in it. I’ve stopped syncing with my iPhone (it was condition RED anyway) because I don’t want this problem to be transferred to my iPhone.
Can someone look at my Document and figure out what is wrong?
BTW, the condition of each Form on the bottom right side has the lock, which is unlocked, but of course it is greyed out like every actionable item in the Document and can’t be changed either.
I’m sorry, but I found the problem.
I remember thinking that I didn’t need the “Edit / Save” notice at the bottom of the form. I checked the box in Settings to not show it.
Apparently, somehow it was set in the condition off? But when I added the check in front of that setting, the “Edit” button was there and I clicked it.
Hurray, that fixed it.
Well, you don’t need to have the Edit button there, so turning off the Show Edit/Save button option makes editing your records easier so you don’t need to keep tapping the Edit and then the Save button for each record.
