Link to Form (newb question)

Am I doing this correctly? Is there a better / simpler way?
Goal: See all care incidents given to each plant

Form 1: Plants: record of each plant in my inventory
Form 2: Care record: record of each incidence of care given to a plant

Form 2: Care record: Plants Field: Link to “Plants” form with a many to many relationship, show inverse relationship

Result: Look at a record in Form 1 and see all incidents of care given to a plant

Okay, I think I figured it out after re-reading the help topic on relationships.

In my example above, Form 2 was the parent and Form 1 was the child.

I’ve changed it now so Form 1 is the parent (one) and Form 2 is the child (many) and the relationship is one to many. It makes much more sense now!
