ErikParticipantHi Brendan, strange things happen here. Yesterday I installed the update of TapForms (build 934) and since then I can no longer print lines. Circles and squares succeed. The lines do appear in the layout but not in the preview or on the print. I have the same problem on my other Mac. Could this have to do with the update or do I have to search in the settings. Thanks Erik.

BrendanKeymasterHi Erik,
I’m working on a fix for this. Sorry about that. It’s odd, because the only thing I worked on with printing was an issue with Mojave where the static images were only printing on the first page. That fix must have broken printing lines.
You can use a rectangle to simulate a line though. Just make it thin.
Sorry about that.

BrendanKeymasterI’ve solved the bug with the lines not printing. The next update will have the fix.

ErikParticipanthi Brendan. Thank you very much for your quick response. This kind of quick problemsolving convinces me even more that I made the right choice to work with TapForms.

BrendanKeymasterHi Erik,
If you would like to email me your form template (.tff file), I can verify with your layout that the lines are printing as expected.
Thanks!

ErikParticipantHi Brendan,
After three years I have the same problem again :). I have installed the latest version of Tap Forms (5.3.24) and lines are no longer printed, neither in preview nor on paper. Three small squares also appear at the top left of the page. Is this a known issue?
Greetings Erik.January 25, 2022 at 2:03 PM #46431
BrendanKeymasterHi Erik,
Can you please email me your form template?
I just tested it out and lines are still printing for me in 5.3.24.
Thanks,
Brendan

ErikParticipantHi Brendan, thank you for your help.
I am attaching a screenshot of the teplate and a pdf file of how it is printed. as you can see the transverse lines are not visible and I have marked the three squares in the top left.
If I’m doing something wrong tell me.Erik

ErikParticipantHiBrendan, here’s the requested tff file.
I assume the problem is a bug in my Mac? Would it be an idea to reinstall Tap Forms?
Thank you -
