One of my uses of tap forms is to track personal “issues”; e.g. filing a medical insurance claim.
Three forms: Issues, Interactions and Phone Numbers. Issues has a one-to-many relationship with Interactions.
It’s been very useful for me to keep track of all the phone calls, emails and letters to do with these long drawn-out issues.
Dealing with this has been so much easier when I have everything in one place.
