I just updated to 5.3.3 and I’m having a problem on my 2018 iPad Pro running iOS 12.1. When customizing a form, if I go into field options and try to go into some of the sub-menus (for example ‘Currency’ or ‘Number Format’) the menu cascades out but then hides itself almost instantly. There is no way to select any of the sub-menu options because it slides back too quickly. I don’t have this problem on my iPhone- the sub-menus stay put. Any idea of how to fix this problem?

I believe I’ve fixed this for the next update.
But in the meantime, which place are you going to edit the field. There are a few ways to get to the Customize Form screen.
There are 3 ways:
1. By tapping the Edit button on the main My Forms tab. Then tapping on a form name. The Edit Form screen will appear on the right.
2. By tapping on a form to view the list of records, then tap the action menu, then tap the Customize Form function. The Edit Form screen will appear on the narrow side of the split view.
3. By tapping on any record to view it’s details, then tapping on the action menu, then the Customize Form function.
Does it happen in all 3 of those instances?

Strange enough, all 3 methods now work properly. I did add records to what was previously an empty database before testing.
I did receive a video from a customer who also had this problem. Now I’m trying to remember if I actually fixed it or if I was just not able to reproduce it on my end. Hmm… not sure.
