As above! Everything is OK on my Mac, but one form locks up tapforms after either a couple of records viewed, or after a search. I am using the latest version of each TF on ios 11.4 and os 10.13.6. Should I just start again or is there a deeper problem you think? I have tried compacting the database and also rebooting the ipad!
Also, if I change the password on my Mac, is it Ok just to change it on the ipad as well to the same password. I think so!

If you’d like to make a backup of the database on your iPad and send it to me I can take a look at it to see what might be causing the lockup.
Yes, you can change the password to whatever you like on each device. They don’t have to be the same.

Should have said, its the recipes form that seems to be causing the problems.
Use the Backup & Restore screen to make the backup file. Then use the Upload function to upload it to some cloud service, such as Dropbox. Then go to the cloud storage service (Dropbox) and get the link to the file. Email me the link.
Or you can use iTunes File Sharing to copy the backup file to your computer. Then email it to me.
