    In both iPhone 5S and iPad 4 (and on iPad Air), after updating to iOS8, Tap Forms crashes when trying to open/read/edit a notes form. I am a doctor and my patient database with more than 150 records is unusable.
    I would appreciate a fix.

    PS: Synchronization works fine with icloud drive between my devices. At least it seems so.

    I can confirm this behavior on the iPhone 5, so I guess it is a generic issue with iOS8.

    I am also crashing when I try to access notes in a 430 record database. All other fields work. Only the two notes fields cause the crash. This is on a 5S.

    This is a known issue with the Note field. I have fixed it for the next update which I will be sending to Apple for review sometime next week.

    I’m sending the update to Apple this evening. The ball will be in their court as to how long they take to review and hopefully approve the update.
