In iOs, when closing and restarting Tap Forms, the last document opens again. Is it possible to always open on the Document Overview Screen?
If you first close the last opened document before quitting Tap Forms, then when you re-launch Tap Forms, the main Documents screen will display and no document will be opened automatically.
Yes, that I know, but it’s an extra action. I reckon then that it’s not possible. It’s particularly annoying when the last opened document is protected by a password, because you have to put the pasword just to open a document you don’t always need.
Hi Brendan. Let me formulate the issue from another perspective. When logging in on a password-protected document, there is no other option but to put the password. There should at least be a cancel button that enables you to return to the general document overview screen, because now access to the non-protected documents could be blocked if you can’t remember the password for one document. Thnx.
Hi Dieter,
Yes, this is true. You could also tap on the Unlock button without a password to close it and go back to the main Documents view. I realize that’s not super obvious.
