    Hello Brendan,

The software seems to no longer count the number of forms I have listed in my database. It shows 125, but when I add others (and I have several since that number), it still shows 125. The number also does not change when I remove forms from the created database. So I am getting an inaccurate showing of forms. This is more for just knowing the number of forms I have, as they represent websites that need account details and passwords.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Currently running V5.3.4 .

    Thanks for the help Brendan.

    Hi Shawn,

Do you mean the number of records is not accurate?

Try changing the First Sort Field to be something else, then change it back to what it was. That’ll reset the records count.

If you’d like to send me a backup file I can investigate to make sure it’s not something else.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hello Brendan,

From what I can see, it would appear that the program had a hiccup or something. In attempting to create a new file, the counter adjusted. I did use your idea, so not sure if that is what fixed the issue. For now it seems fine. Yes, it was not displaying an accurate number when records were being deleted or added. It seemed stuck on the number 125.

So I had a category called called Account Passwords, with a form within that category called Accounts. This form was then duplicated every time I needed a new record to store details. The number of these form records were not appearing accurate when added or subtracted from the database category. If that makes sense. But I guess it unknotted itself. lol.

Thank you for your prompt response.
