Is anyone using the iCloud sync function productively? Database syncs are always a tricky business. That’s why I tested it with a new mini database between MacOS and iOS. The synchronisation was non-deterministic. Sometimes a new data record was not transferred in one direction and sometimes not in the other direction. The same thing happened with updates. The form consisted of only three fields and there were only 11 data records. Am I doing something wrong?
Same here. But Brendan is working on it.
Ya, it’s very tricky unfortunately. You think you can use a third party sync framework and that’ll solve all your problems, but then you encounter all these edge cases where it works great and then suddenly it doesn’t and you have to reset the sync again to get things moving again.
Yes, it’s something I am working on, but slowly, in between doing other things in Tap Forms Pro.
