Hi. On iOS and Mac 5.1.4. There are 291 records on the version on my ipad but only 289 on my mac. The two records were created a few weeks ago. New records are synced.

What could the problem be? What is the resolution? Any workaround?

    Hmm… that’s a good question.

One option is to add a new dummy field to your form. Then fill it in with a value for every record on your Mac. Let that sync to your iPad. Move the dummy field to the first row on the iPad and find the two records that are missing a value for that field. Edit those two records. Let that sync to your Mac.

    Then delete the dummy field.

Oh, and the reason for adding it on the Mac is because the Mac has a Find and Replace function you can use to fill in that field for all the rows with some value. The iOS version doesn’t have the advanced find and replace. You can also use the Fill Down function instead too if you like on the Mac version.

Thanks. That worked as a workaround. FYI: took a minute or two (during which I resynced, clicked around) after showing the “receiving (2)” until the number of records increased from 289 to 291.

I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if I see it again.

Thanks for the filldown reminder….I copy/pasted like ten times.
