comondollParticipantI looked at the “Frequently Asked Questions”
Been there wrote:
「To sync your devices with one another, first you must register all your devices with iCloud sync in Tap Forms. 」I do not know how to register the device.
What do I do?December 27, 2012 at 11:19 PM #5782
BrendanKeymasterHi,
Click on the “Enable iCloud Sync” checkbox on Tap Forms Mac and tap on the Enable iCloud Sync button on the iCloud Sync screen on your iPhone and/or iPad. Once all your devices are listed in the registered devices list, then you can click the sync button on one device. Wait for the sync to happen automatically on your other devices. Then after that you can click on the sync button on those other devices to push whatever changes you have there up to iCloud. The important thing is to sync one device at a time waiting for the other devices to let you know they’ve finished syncing.
Thanks,
Brendan

BrendanKeymasterAre you using the same iCloud account on each device?
Can you also check the contents of the following folder on your Mac:
~/Library/Mobile Documents/FXLPHZS84D~com~clickspace~tapforms/SyncDocuments
Check to see if you see multiple TFSyncDevice files there. Those are the files that contain the registration information. One file for each device registered should appear there.

comondollParticipantyes. I have been using a same iCloud account.
I have clicked the Enable iCloud Sync both Mac and iPhone.
I checked the SyncDocuments folder.
There is one in there TFSyncDevice files.TFSyncDevice files is lost when I disable iCloud Sync of mac.
but,
TFSyncDevice files is not lost even if I disable iCloud Sync of iPhone.December 30, 2012 at 2:20 PM #5796
BrendanKeymasterThere is one TFSyncDevice file for each device registered.
You’ll just have to wait until iCloud syncs all those files. It might not happen immediately. That part is out of Tap Forms control. I only write those files there and it’s up to the operating system to sync them from device to device over iCloud.
So re-enable iCloud sync on both devices and wait. You will eventually see one TFSyncDevice file for each device you’ve registered. Once that has happened you can click on the Sync Now button. But do one at a time and wait for the other device to sync the changes from the device you clicked/tapped the button on.
You could also try rebooting all your devices to see if that kicks iCloud into gear.
Thanks,
Brendan

BrendanKeymasterHi Comondoll,
Well that’s great but for some reason it’s not working for me anymore. I think Apple’s iCloud servers may be having trouble right now.
Thanks,
Brendan
