Josep MariaParticipantGive an application is inadmissible so many problems with simple operations . I’m angry because I lost some time ago that it is very valiós for me, I do not even talked about the timing , but it also searches not funionen , or OSX or iOS .
I ‘m very sorry , really , I think the fourth update we improved the five we have worsened , there are a lot of angry people … who need databases , most of the time we have the best people things to do than fighting us with applications that are not sufficiently refined .I learned all this very serious :(

Josep MariaParticipantafter the initial anger upgrade to Tap Forms with bugs containing the aforementioned version of the application to Apple and refund of the amount paid apps for both iOS as of OS X.
I decided to deposit trust you because I want to work with developers ” small ,” and I have to buy two applications -this time but no discount :( I made a bad deal ! –
However, note that applications must be improved and note that you have solved the problems of the application and that caused that I just patience .While still observe some shortcomings and mistakes , I am confident , now, that gives us an extraordinary tool that solves our small – big tasks.
With this note I want to correct my initial anger and adverse comment .
still working , Brendan , help us to be more productive with this tool !

Thanks very much for your renewed vote of confidence. I have another update coming out to the Mac App Store shortly. Just waiting for review. I am always working to improve Tap Forms and yes, I apologize for the problems with the first version of Tap Forms 5. But it’s getting much better after every update.

Frances ChermanParticipantJosep, your notes – both of them – actually brought tears to my eyes – first, because I felt so sad for you and your difficult experience with this. I’ve been there. It is frustrating, and you can’t get back the time you lost. Your words were heartfelt and didn’t even approach what I would call abuse. And then your second note put me over the edge. So very kind of you to take the time to actually apologize to the developer! I am impressed with your sense of fairness and your willingness to take responsibility for what you say and how you say it. Too little of that in the world. You just made my day.
I don’t know about you, but with Brendan being the sole developer and also responding daily – sometimes multiple times a day – to our issues, he feels more like a brother to me than a businessman. I’m sure he appreciates your kindness, as do I – he’s my “bro,” after all. ;-) I wish great days ahead for both of you.

Tyson SchoeberParticipantPerhaps the title of this thread should be changed!!!! Right now, it only tells one side of the story — the beginning. Yet it turned out rather differently and it’s actually a pretty neat story to read.
For what it’s worth, I wholeheartedly concur with Frances’ sentiments. Tap Forms is fantastic and it’s getting better all the time! Thank you, Brenden!
