How to select multiple registries and change them

Hello,
I’d like to select multiple registries and change a field in all the registries at a time. For example I select 8 products and then change the field “colour” to “red” in all. Is that possible?

Hi MR,

In the Mac version you can do this in a couple of ways.

1. Use the Fill Down function on the multi-column list view or drag the little yellow dot on the selected cell down or up to the other cells. Tap Forms will copy the value from the selected cell to the other records in for that field.

2. Use the Advanced Find & Replace function to set a value in a field for all the records or just the set of selected records.

There’s no equivalent function on the iOS version.
