How to get the license?

Hi Brendan,

I’ve bought TapForms 5 a while ago and since I got rid of my Mac I haven’t used it for a while.
But now I’m back with Mac and would like to use it again. (it is working on iPhone / iPad)
But I can’t find the license? If I remember correctly I bought it on you Website (not Appstore).
Could you please check my record and send the license again?

Hi Frank,

I looked in my Paddle.com dashboard and searched for your email addresses but I couldn’t find either of them.

Are you sure you don’t see Tap Forms listed in the Purchased area from the Mac App Store?

Hi Brendan, yes I’m pretty sure, that I bought it direct on the website. I’ve checked the App Store as well but can’t find it. Also the funny thing is, that I can’t find the e-mail. The only thing I just discovered was the paddle Receipt Number which is #847810, does this help? Maybe I’ve uses a different e-mail Address (could be info@fz-photo.at as well).
The strange thing is, that I can search for “Tap Forms” in Apple Mail which shows the Receipt number but I’m unable to open the e-mail. Maybe there’s something wrong with the index.

Wow I found it – it was the info@fz-photo.at Adress. And I did a search via spotlight and was able to open the e-mail which contained the license number.
All done – Thank You

Yup, found it with that new address provided. I’m glad you found it too.

I also had Paddle.com re-send the license key fresh.
