I have a form which lists Institutions and a second that lists Visits with dates and notes from visits to the institutions. I have two questions:
1) I can view a custom form for the Institutions that includes the linked data showing dates and info from my visits. I can see what I want on screen, but the linked data doesn’t print. I’ve tried setting it using the labels format with a custom size to print three records/page, but the table of linked data still doesn’t print.
2) I’d like to print only those records that included a visit. In other words, I if haven’t visited an institution, then my report shouldn’t include it. How do I select institutions records that DON’T have any entries on linked from the Visits form?
Please see attached image for examples of what I’m seeing, doing, and printing. I’m using Tap Forms Pro on iMac running Tahoe 26.2 (25C56).
Thanks!

Hi Gary,
Would you be able to email me a backup of your document so I can test it out here?
I’m not seeing this behaviour at the moment. Maybe there’s something unique in your document causing this issue.
Thanks,
Brendan
Hi Gary,
I’ve just fixed this issue for the next update.
For anyone else here curious, there’s a bug that prevented Link From Form fields from showing the rows when printed. It didn’t affect the display, only the printing.
Thanks,
Brendan
