Getting an average from multiple records in a table

Hi y’all, I’m trying to get the average from a column of a table to display in a calculation field. The other fields are working, but they are just a total. Can’t seem to get an average because I don’t know how to reference multiple lines from the table. Please see picture for better explanation.
