I have three documents in Tap Forms Pro that sync using iCloud between an iMac and iPhone. All the forms were migrated from Tap forms 5 earlier this year after Tap Forms Pro launched. All forms in all three documents work without problem on my iMac. However, on my iPhone all the forms in one of the documents do not display any data. The forms in the other two documents appear okay.
In the problematic document, no data shows in a form although the display shows the layout of the records in list view. If I tap on a “ghost” record, an empty screen appears with the message “No Selection”. I have tried deleting the problematic document and redownloading it from iCloud, and have also deleted all three documents and the app on my iPhone and redownloaded all. I have also restarted my iPhone. The problem remains with forms in the one document, with forms in the other two documents working okay. I have attached some screenshots of the issue from one of the forms in the problematic document.
Any suggestions on what to do to restore the display of data in Tap Forms Pro on my iPhone?
Thanks.

Hi John,
I would recommend maybe for that document, disable iCloud sync on your Mac. Then click the Delete document from popup button and select iCloud. Then delete the documents from your other devices again. Then re-enable iCloud sync on your Mac. That’ll re-upload the document to iCloud.
When that’s done, re-download to your other devices.
Thanks,
Brendan
Thanks, Brendan.
That worked! I appreciate the quick reply!
