Hi is there any way to build forms forms, to display them in IPAD and/or IPHONE in different way than in scroll rows?, for example, like the custom printable forms in MAC, but using ad hoc canvas to know how will they look in the iPad display.
I know that this implies to work in more than one page per record but in lot of cases would be easier to input data in the each record.
I know this could sound just like a cosmetic issue, but would be useful to identify in which form we are working in.
Thanks
Hi Jaghio,
I’m sorry but I haven’t written code to do customized layouts on the iOS versions. That’s just on the Mac version. You get the equivalent of the Default Layout on the iOS versions.
Thanks,
Brendan
Not having custom layouts on iOS greatly diminishes the value of the app. The default layout might be OK for an iPhone, but we really need to be able to customize the look and usability on iPads. Big disappointment.
