Is there a way a single form can be added to different categories?
For example, I want to save all my email account information, some are for business, some are personal. I would like one form, but I would like the records to be divided as I choose into 2 categories, business and personal.
The only way I seem to be able to do it is create 2 forms the same, each with their own category but then I cannot export them together…..
If not possible, something to perhaps add to your todo list.

Yes, you are correct. A form can only be listed in a single category because the form contains a category ID itself, so you can only have one category ID on the form at a time. You can use the Duplicate Form function to make copies of a form so you can put them in different categories. But as you’ve discovered, you cannot export them all as a single list.
