Form not showing up in Linked Form list

    Using the Mac OS X version, after creating a new form I can not initially link to it from another form. The new form does not show up in the Link to form list. I tried everything I could think of then exited and reloaded the program. That fixed the problem.

    It might be useful to have a bug tracking system we could submit suspected bugs to, something like Mantis?
