CollectorMParticipantHi Brennan,
my records are shown in the single-column view. The background color I chose for for this column is rather dark and now, after I updated Tap Forms, the font is black which makes it hard for me to read the titles of my records (picture 1). Before the update (I jumped from version 5.3.7 to version 5.3.14) the font was white and it was so much better to read (picture 2).
Are there any settings where I can choose the font color?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.Attachments:

BrendanKeymasterHi CollectorM,
I just tested this out in the latest version and it seems to be ok in Dark Mode.
Try quitting Tap Forms and re-launching it to see if that solves the problem.
Thanks,
Brendan

CollectorMParticipantHi Brendan,
thanks for your quick answer.
I don’t have a dark mode, I’m still working on macos Sierra.
So, there’s no other way to control the font color? Then I will have to change the background color to a lighter color.
I guess that’s the easiest solution for me…November 23, 2020 at 1:51 PM #42707
BrendanKeymasterAh I see. Wow. Sierra is very very old :)
I did some updates in Tap Forms to properly support Dark Mode.
So you’re just setting the record colour property to get that background colour.
I think any Mac that can run Sierra can also run Mojave or Catalina, and probably Big Sur. Do you have software that won’t work on anything newer?

Sam MoffattParticipantI have an iMac 2011 that is locked to High Sierra and the Mac Pro 2010 can only run Mojave with a GPU upgrade and is otherwise stuck on High Sierra (which is silly when an Intel MacBook Air can run Big Sur without issues with significantly less power)
