    Hello Edmond,

It may be a problem with the file name. Can yo do a test try a file with a different name?

    Thanks,

    Brendan

Or perhaps try a file name that is very simple. Or perhaps in English just as a test.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hello Edmond,

Oh, so this happens when you try to download a file from Dropbox? Does it happen when you try to import a CSV file into Tap Forms? I thought that’s what you meant. So it’s a Dropbox problem?

I know that Dropbox can give the File Not Found error when you try to download a package file (such as a Keynote, Pages, or Numbers file). But Dropbox told me just recently that there’s no solution for that.

But it should work for simple image files.

Oh, but I see that you said it’s with the File Attachment field type. Does it make a difference if you use a multi-file attachment field? You can change a simple File Attachment field to support multiple files by changing the setting for that on the Field Options screen for that field when editing your form.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
