    Hi Brendan,

first time poster but already a few requests for the next versions

    1. on the forms list to be able to disable swipe to delete (iPhone-iPad)
    2. on the records list view to be able to disable swipe to delete (iPhone-iPad)
    3. the deletion of a form to be made only after password confirmation
    4. the customization of a form to be made after password confirmation
    5. records locked, edit or delete to be made after password confirmation
(or, all the above, not to be available on normal operation and to be available in an edit mode, password protected)
    6. on the records multi-column list view the formulas don’t recalculate (maybe also on the thumbnail view) (iPhone-iPad)
    7. event field for multi-day event that span across multiple days
    8. date or event fields by default to be added to Calendar app (single-day and multi-day)
    9. user modes or user groups to define which forms will be accessible and maybe which layouts
    10. print layout to be able to be customized for iPhone-iPad

    Thank you

    George

    Hi George,

Thanks very much for all the feature requests.

For #4 on the iOS version thee is a “Lock Form Editing” function which will do this for you.

For #6 on the multi-column list view, if you pull down on the records list, Tap Forms will recalculate the formulas.

#9 would be difficult because there’s no central server where the database resides. To do users and groups and permissions properly would require a central server to manage all of that. But some things can be done, such as the Lock Form Editing. But that’s just an on/off switch with a password. The feature is not specific to who is using the app.

    Thanks!

    Hi Tim,

    1. You can apply a saved search on the multi-column list view.

    2. The tricky part here is which date format should it use? Is 1/2/2018 January 2, 2018? Or is it February 1, 2018? The saved search feature allows you to search specifically for date fields.

    3. I’m assuming you mean without having to tap on a record to go to the details view? You can do that on the Mac version, just not the iOS version right now.

    Thanks!

    Hi

    Your right about 1

While I own the Mac version I don’t use it

The reason I keep coming back to tap forms is the ability to do some design on the iPad/iphone. ?
