Hi Brendan. Now that my school is ditching FileMaker 8 for a proper student information system, I need to find something to keep track of all our tech hardware (laptops, iPads, cameras, software, etc.). I’ve played with the demo for a bit, and I think Tap Forms might be the solution I’m looking for.
One feature that would be really handy is if I could select multiple records and then edit a given field for all the selected records. For example, if I searched for all our 4th gen iPads, I’d like to be able to set the date for a “Check-in” field to the same day.
Is this something that’s on your roadmap?

Thanks for the feature request.
It’s a feature that has been requested a couple of times before. There are a number of ways to accomplish this sort of thing so I have to think clearly about how it should be implemented. Not saying I will get to it any time soon, but just saying that it will take some thought.
