    I upgraded to Tap Forms Pro on my iPad and opted for the Family one-year subscription MacOS and iOS. It gave me a two-week free trial and then will bill $59 per year following the two-week period. I set everything up on my iPad and synced to iCloud. Everything looked good. I THINK I remember reading to do the setup on one device, then on your other devices, just sync and all your data would appear.

    Just now I was attempting to upgrade my Mac. When I downloaded the app, it gave me an offer for the first year at half price, but when I tried to select it said I was not eligible. I suspect because I had already subscribed. I wasn’t offered the 50% off when I subscribed from my iPad. Obviously, I want the 50% off. Should I cancel my current free trial and subscription, then try to accept the offer?

    Also, as mentioned, I subscribed to Family and my husband is getting a separate offer, for the free trial and to be billed after the two weeks. How does he tell Tap Forms that our Family already has a subscription?

    If I understand correctly, I have run into this same situation also, but in reverse. I started on the Mac OS side. I opted for the Mac OS / iOS Family option, deleted my TP5 iCloud sync file. Created a new TP-Pro iCloud sync file, but after upgrading my iOS device to TP-Pro, I am limited to 10 records with an option to subscribe.

    I’m confident this will be addressed soon.

    Please email me at support@tapforms.com and I can send you a link to click that should take care of the subscription for you so you can get the discount for the family option. As long as you email me before the two weeks trial is up.

    If you subscribed on one device and the other device(s) are asking you to subscribe, click on the Restore Purchase button on the paywall screen. That’ll take care of that.

    Thanks Brenden. the “Restore Purchase” button did the trick.
