I used Tap forms version 5.0.8 on Ipad. My parent form was linked to 6 child forms and When i exported my extract by email, i usually received 6 exctracts.
The my parent form structure is built like this :
1 Parent form > 1 linked form
> 1 linked form > 3 linked forms
However since the new version 5.1.2, when i exporte the data and send it by email, i received only 3 exctracts. The 3 latest forms are not sent.
Could you explain me how i can fixe this extract issue plz? I think that this issue is linked to the application version but i am not sure …

Do you have a Saved Search selected at the time you’re exporting your records? Tap Forms will only export the fetch records.
No i don’t have a Saved Search selected.
I extract all records from the parent form and i did not change anything between version 5.0.8 and 5.1.2
Can you make sure you have the Export option turned on for all of those fields? Maybe it got turned off for the last 3.
I have checked, the Export option is turned on for all. I have checked also the link between the forms but they stayed the same.
Moreover when i extract the file, the name change between the two version. I mean, the child forms are called “LinkTo-….” which was not the case in the 5.0.8 version.
I think on the new version, the extract doesn’t recognize the link between a child form ( linked to the parent form) and 3 others child forms ( link to this child form). I don’t know if i am cleared :/
Would you be able to email me a backup of your document so I can experiment with exporting for you? I did make a change to the way export files get generated because Tap Forms wasn’t exporting self referenced fields. I may have broken something. Generally the Link to Form fields should all get exported if you have the option selected.

I just sent you the export tap froms archive on your support email.
The file you sent me had only 2 linked forms. So you would see 3 CSV files in total. One for the main form and one for each of the linked forms.
