Each time I try to export my Bento database by File/Export/save as Template, the &*(&%ing thing freezes at the 17th record. I even tried deleting the 17th record thinking that might be corrupt.
I suspect Bento just doesn’t have the legs to run this program…
Is there any other way I can transfer the almost 2000 customer records and their related sales info into TapForms??
(I’ve got my fingers crossed!)

Hi Sherri,
You could try exporting without data then import the template into Tap Forms. That’ll re-create the form structure for you. Then you could try exporting the data as a CSV (Text) File in Bento. Then import that into Tap Forms by using the Import Records function. Choose the previous form that you imported from the Bento template that had no records on the Import Records window in Tap Forms.
Make sure that the date and time formats match what you’re getting from the exported file from Bento.
Not sure if that’ll work for you.
You could also email me a backup of your Bento database (a .bentodb file) and I could try generating the template export with records for you if you like.
