Hi Brendan,
You may have answered this question before; if so, I apologize.
When I upgraded from Tap Forms 5 to Tap Forms Pro, I did so through the Tap Forms 5 app on my Mac, and I paid for both MacOS and iOS for a year. I just downloaded the iOS version of Tap Forms Pro to my iPhone and my iPad from the App Store, and synced my document to those two devices from my Mac. Now, when I attempt to open them, I’m limited to 10 records and asked to subscribe.
How do I get my iOS versions of Tap Forms Pro to recognize my license?
Thanks.
Hi Alan,
When the paywall screen comes up, scroll the screen up a bit and then tap on the Restore Purchase link.
That’ll do it.
Thanks for subscribing!
Brendan
Oh, and the paywall screen will come up if you attempt to add a new record or form.
Hi, Brendan,
That doesn’t do it.
My iPhone is an 8 Plus (I know, it’s obsolete) running iOS 16.7.10, and my iPad is an M1 iPad Pro 13″ running iPad OS 17.6.1.
In both cases, when I tap the blue “Subscription Options” button from the 10-record limited screen, and then tap “Restore Purchase”, it hesitates for a moment, and then goes back to the 10-record limited screen with the “Subscription Options” button.
In both cases, I have WiFi turned on, and I have Tap Forms Pro open and running on my Mac.
Suggestions?
Thanks.
Oh that’s very weird. I’m not sure why that would be the case. It should definitely work.
Are you definitely logged into the same Apple ID account for the App Store app on each device?
