Sorry if this is a newbie question … is there a way to edit Mac contacts from within TF5? Like how Bento used to work?
I’ve created a contact field, can select and see some contact details, but can’t seem to edit the contact record.

No I’m sorry there isn’t. You have to go to the Contacts app to edit the contact details. On the iOS version you can because Apple provides the ability to do that. But on Mac they don’t. Well that’s not totally accurate. They used to in a previous macOS version, but in the latest versions they don’t allow that for some odd reason. I used to be able to put the Contact popover view into edit mode and you could change the contact details there. But for some reason that doesn’t work with their new Contacts framework that Tap Forms uses. Perhaps in a future update they’ll bring that back. So for now go to the Contacts app and update the contact details. Those details should show up in Tap Forms when you click the contact button next to the contact field. However, the iOS version does let you edit the contact details from within Tap Forms. Go figure :)
