hi all. . I’m a newbie here and it’s great to have found this forum. how can I get a form to populate a drop down menu from a specific Google sheet and then use the items selected from said drop down to appear in a new sheet. instead of the name of the item selected I get the number of place eg cement which is second in the list displays as 2 in the destination forum.

    thanks for any help.

    happy hols everyone

    Hi Gerald,

Tap Forms doesn’t really have any direct integration with Google Sheets. But you can import a Google Sheet if you can export it to an XLSX or CSV file format. Tap Forms can import those.

Then on the Pick List Edit screen you can tell Tap Forms to get its list of values for a particular pick list from a separate form and field. Use the “Use values from field” option on the Pick List Edit screen.

Then assign that Pick List to a field in your form. There’s a Pick List popup button where you can select which Pick List the field should be associated with. It works with Text and Number fields.
