I run Tap Forms on a Mac and two iPads. The databases are not quite synced between the three of them. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the record count on the three devices. How can I convince my iPad Pro (the one on the right) to sync all the records in Drinks Diary?

When I put together this screenshot graphic I also realized that the iPad Pro doesn’t show the form icons. Is there a way to get those to sync?

The two iPads are running Tap Forms 5.3.5 under iOS 12.2. The Mac is running Tap Forms 5.3.7 under macOS 10.12.6.

    Hi Steve,

I would suggest first making a backup file on your Mac.

Then try disabling iCloud sync on the Mac, wait for the activity indicator to stop spinning, then re-enable iCloud sync on it. That should tell Tap Forms to re-sync the entire database. Your other devices will hopefully then pick up all of the changes after that.

Alternatively, remove the documents from the iPhone and iPad and use the Mac’s Send Document function in Tap Forms to re-send a copy of the document from the Mac to the iOS devices.

    Thanks!
