I have set a default value for several fields and they are not getting applied on new record. I have tested this on both Mac and iPad. I am currently running Tap Forms Pro 1.0.4 on the Mac. This worked properly on earlier versions of Tap Forms Pro.
I have tried deleting the default value and adding it again and that didn’t help.

Hi Steven,
In my attempt to fix an issue with duplicating records not applying the next value for an auto-increment Number field, I ended up breaking the default values. They may sound unrelated, but the auto-increment code is in the same function as setting the default values.
I’ve fixed this bug for the next release.

I switched from TF5 to Pro as soon as released. For me the biggest advantage is the native M processor support giving snappy results. Thank you for the good work !
I would like to know when the next version is to be released to solve the default value bug. Many of my fields are populated with default values and this is extra work to handle right now.
