Date Search Doesn’t Display All Records Within the Search Criteria

I’ve created a search folder asking for every record that is on or after the 1st of the month and on or before the last day of the month. For the last two months FTP will not show the record for the first day of the month. All other days appear in the search.

Attach 1 – Shows criteria- Wake Time is on or after 8/1/25 and Wake Time is on or before 8/31/25

Attach 2 – Record for 8/1/25 is missing

Attach 3 – Record for 8/1/25 does show for a search form that searches only for patient “Chris”

I haven’t figured out what’s causing it. I’ve restarted FTP, but the issue remains.

Any ideas?

Would you be able to email me a backup of your document to support@tapforms.com so I can investigate this more closely? It’ll be easier to diagnose the issue if I can see in my code where it might be missing some of your records in the search results.
