According to page 40 of the Tapforms Pro manual (iMac) …

    “Tagging Records
You can also tag a record so it appears in any of the custom tags you create.”

How do you create your own custom tags? (I cannot find this in the manual)…

Or are we limited to the three “preloaded” tags?

    Kind regards.

You can use custom tags as well. Click on the tag (the blue 🏷️) on the top right of the main window and then enter the desired name.

    Thanks.

But this needs to be in the manual because it says (in that box) “Search”. Not intuitive that you should enter a new value to create a new tag (when it explicitly says “Search”).

    Regards.

Follow up. Perhaps this is another obvious one that I am missing. I entered a “test tag” and now I want to delete it. How do I delete a tag that appears in the list of tags (a tag that I am never going to use).

    Regards.

Select the tag and then control-click

You can also select New Tag from the (+) Add menu button. There you’ll be able to create a new tag, select a colour and a symbol for your tag.
