I have been a Tap Forms user for about seven years. I have one numeric field that was always formatted as currency. About a year and a half ago that field started automatically rounding up to whole numbers on new files. Existing files are still currency formatted. How can I change the whole number fields to currency format? Thank You! Iphone 7 iOS 11.4 keeper version V12.01.872.
Hi Ann,
Make sure you have the Number Format setting set to Currency and the Decimal Places value set to 2. Perhaps your Decimal Places value is set to 0?
It’s on the Field Options screen for the selected field where you set that. You get there by going to the Customize Form screen, tapping on the field, then tap on Field Options. You’ll see the Number Format option there and the Decimal Places option.
