Has anyone used Tap Forms (I’ll be using the iOS app, if that matters) to create a client questionnaire? I’d like to be able to create a questionnaire with various types of answers (short answers, multiple choice, etc), send it in some way for the client to fill in, and then save their results within that client’s “folder” that I’ve created in the app. Has anyone used the app to create a questionnaire?

The only way this would work without you having to type in their answers would be if they had Tap Forms also and you sent them a form template they could fill out. Then they would use the Share function to email you an archive of their record which you could then import into your copy of Tap Forms.
Alternatively, try something like Survey Monkey and then import the data into Tap Forms. Although I’m not sure what export formats Survey Monkey supports. If you can export as a CSV file that would work.
