Crash!!!

    I use tapforms for keeping work records.

    The document has two files, one has names then payment info and the other has names them training info…

    Just today the payment part keeps crashing when I tap the name to bring up their info…. I hop that makes some kind of sense?

    I tried backing up the files o my iCloud and then delete & reinstall of the app but it hasn’t done anything.

    Any ideas?

    Help!!!

    Hi Steve,

    Which version of Tap Forms are you using? For Mac or iOS?

    If it’s the iOS version 5.3, do you happen to have a Signature field or a Drawing field in your form? If so, then I have a fix coming out for that soon. Just sending it to Apple today.

    Yes, it’s IOS!

    And yes I have a signature field!

    Managed to get access by deleting that field which has stopped the crash.

    Hopefully the fix will sort it out and I can re add the field.

    Ok, so Tap Forms 5.3.1 is available now which fixes the Signature field crash.

    Please check for updates now.
