Georgina PlattParticipantHello,
I have created 4 custom layouts within a form. I would like to create a new form with the same custom layouts.I have duplicated the form, but it only brings across the Default layout and not the custom layouts as well. Is there a way to do this please?
I have also exported used Export Form Template and then import to the new form, but that seems to only re-import the same form back into itself so I get duplicates in the original form and nothing in the copied new form.
Any advice appreciated, thanks!

BrendanKeymasterHi Georgina,
The Duplicate Form function should duplicate the layouts too. However, there was an issue in the current release which I’ve just fixed that caused the fields not to be properly associated with the duplicated layouts. So try this. After you use the Duplicate Form function, quit Tap Forms then relaunch it again. Now see if your custom layouts appear.
Thanks,
Brendan

BrendanKeymasterOh and yes, the export template, import template function won’t work because Tap Forms will import back into the same form.

Winfried RuetzParticipantHi,
I do have the same question. I have a database with several forms for jelly labels. The forms only have 3 fields with title, photo and date. Is it possible to create a custom label layout with the exact label measures and then copy/paste it to the other forms?
Thanks, Winfried

Winfried RuetzParticipantHi,
the next question is, can I save my label measures as a custom label for later use?
Thanks again, Winfried.

BrendanKeymasterHi Winfried,
There’s no function for letting you copy a layout from one form to another. You can duplicate a form and it will duplicate the associated layouts too.
I haven’t added the ability to let you save a label template design into the available set of Avery labels. It is something I should probably do though.

Winfried RuetzParticipantHi Brendan,
thank you for your answer. I will look forward to the possibility to save custom labels.
