    Hi Brendan. Rolling out your app on iPads to inspect ~800 pieces of equipment at a treatment plant. Client supplied database which we then imported into a form. Looking for a way to mark completed inspections so crews don’t have to open each record to see if inspection has been completed. I can modify form to show completion date in the ‘list view fields’, is there another way? Thanks-

    Or I could just use the checkmark, seems to give me what I need-

    Hi Jmonell,

    Yes, if you use the checkmark field and move it into the first position in the list of fields, then you’ll see the checkmark appear in the list view to the left of the fields. It’s active too, so if you tap on it, it will toggle.

    In my next update you’ll be able to create a Search Rule which will filter those out so you only will see the items that have not been checked (or those that have been checked, whichever you prefer).
