Is it possible to make different entries colour tagged or flagged? Let’s say I have black list data base of chargebacks. It would be beneficial to see entries in 2 or 3 colours. Like free (won), yellow (being processed) and red (crooks won).
Not only there but it would be useful to have some entries flagged with small colourful flags like in Mail.

Yes you can do that.
You just have to create a Pick List with some values and then set a different colour for each value.
Then you can set the “Record Colour Field” option on the Form to select that field which you’ve associated your Pick List with. From then on, Tap Forms will display a colour bar next to the record. The colour will depend on what value you selected from the Pick List.
