    Hi,

I’m willing to use Tap Form on my Mac, my iPad and my iPhone (Apple Watch). For that I bought Trap Forms in all 3 variants some time ago.

Until now I have only bin experimenting with a test setup on my Mac (data to import still runs in an old Filemaker 6 database) but now I plan to transfer the data to Tap Forms and after that the data should be available on all my devices (or even better 1 part preferable even be available on the iPad of a colleague).

For that I tried to setup a test sync (iCloud) between my Mac (OS X 10.11.4beta) my iPad (iOS 9.2.1) and my iPhone (iOS 9.2.1). After a little struggle I was able to setup a sync between my iPad en iPhone but my Mac is not willing to participate.

To get the sync working between my iPad and iPhone I switches from iCloud sync to Dropbox sync and afterwards back to iCloud. Trying to do the same on my Mac results in screen telling me “Switch sync naar iCloud ……” (see print screen). I gave my Mac a chance to switch all night but this morning the same message was still on my screen. There is no option to stop Tap Forms so the only option is a forced quit. After starting up Tap Forms and trying to do the switch again the same happens and at this moment the message is already for more than 3 hours on my screen with only a forced quit as option.

Would be glad if you could help me with a solution on this problem.

    Kind regards,
    Twan

    Hi Twan,

Can you try selecting the None option first before switching from iCloud to Dropbox?

Also try rebooting your Mac before you make the switch.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
