Can't sync duplicated files with IBM Cloudant

I need to be able to duplicate files on a document and have that document sync across multiple iPads. I initially tried using iCloud but switched to Cloudant which seems to work better except that for some reason whenever I duplicate a form (not a record) within a document and try to sync it doesn’t work. Instead I just get the error:

Synchronization has failed
Error sending to server.: Invalid attachment data for icon, 400

Hi Carl,

I would suggest changing the form icon for the duplicated (and possibly original) form to see if that solves the problem.

I thought you meant document icon at first and it still wasn’t working. When I changed the form icons from the default icon it started working.

I’m glad that worked. Yes, I meant Form icon, not Document icon.
